This class includes a lot of practical information and quick tip videos at numerous sites, and interviews with homeowners and tours of ADUs, and it has a substantial section on design best practices. Building an Accessory Dwelling Unit on Your Property in Portland, Oregon

Many important changes have occurred to Portland's zoning regulations, which we will cover. Specifically, we will cover the changes under the Residential Infill Project, and new regulations that are moving forward regarding the allowance tiny houses on wheels on residential properties. We will also cover HB 2001 changes to ADU codes for those who are located in Oregon, but outside of the City of Portland. These changes offer a range of new development opportunities for homeowners.

Instigated during the Coronavirus pandemic in April and May, 2020, this program for ADU practitioners is hosted by Kol Peterson features a knowledgeable international practitioner for each show. Kol interviews the guest for an initial interview portion of the program that lasts roughly 40 minutes. The last 15 minutes of each episode are when the guest answered questions from attendees of the live shows.
