I don't mean to be rude but...

I think that eventually I'll come around to loving this house, but I gotta say, at first, it was a bit hard for me to swallow that I had just bought a house that didn't have the type of curb appeal that I had been seeking. 

But, I had to put my 'investor' hat on, and realize that, in the balance of project goals, the benefits of the of the proximity of the house and the ease with which a really nice second unit could be added to it, outweighed the aesthetics.
